Terms of Service

ART
• By commissioning me, you'll be getting the rights only for personal use of the art. If you'd like to get a piece for commercial use, please let me know so we can discuss more about the price;
• Work will take 1-2 weeks after I start it;
• Please give me as many details/description of what you'd like for your ask, this helps me to get a better idea of what you're looking for in your art/design. You can, of course, leave it to my artistic liberty, but results might not be as precise to your ideas;
• Always credit me when using the piece you've got;
• Before finishing the piece, I'll be sending you sketches so you can approve, ask for changes and/or choose between options;
• I won't be doing any kind of art that promoves bestiality, pedophilia, etc;
• As the artist of the work, I've got the rights for using the commissioned artwork on my social medias and to promote my art.

PAYMENT
• The Payment is done through PayPal only and all the prices are listed in USD;
• Payments are done 100% upfront;
• Never send a payment before a confirmation coming from me;
• If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted.

CANCELING
• You have no right of canceling the commission or getting a refund if your work is already 100% done;
• If I have already started your commission, but not finished, you'll be refunded 50% or the original price;
• If I haven't started your commission, you'll be receiving 100% of the paid amount back;
• I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time if I find it necessary.

By commissioning me, you automatically agree with my Terms of Service. For orders, questions and other inquires, you can contact me via Discord or any other social medias listed on this Carrd.All the prices on this page are for personal and non-commercial use only and may increase based on the complexity of the ordered piece. If you'd like to commission me for commercial use, please contact me to discuss the pricing.
